• I am currently in the second year of studying for a Joint Honours degree (currently on track for a first) in Mathematics and Computer Science at Durham University.
• I am on the Master's degree program, and am expected to graduate in 2026.
• Particular interests of mine include AI, statistical modelling and the applied side of mathematics. I am particularly driven by the use of technology for sustainable solutions, such as green energy projects, smart cities and modelling of worldwide events and patterns. This philantrhopic desire is always apparent in my decision-making, and I consider my values a priority in the way I govern myself, within my subject as well as during my pasttimes.

Work Experience

Data Science Intern

Summer 2023 I took part in a 2 month internship at

I hybrid worked at the Borough Office and home, within the Data Science Team. I concentrated my work on developing data visualisation tools for the analysts to use.

Maths Tutor

During A levels, I tutored many local GCSE students. This improved my patience and communication skills, which are both integral to the learning process.

Work Experience at St James's Place

Here, I engaged with employees and set up several meetings to understand the financial advising business. Visiting the investing floor left me enthused by ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) investing. I met a man named Oisin Canney, who piqued my interest in sustainable investing further; particularly, the use of modern agricultural technology.

Student Intern at OakNorth Bank

I took part in reading legal contracts and improved my analysis and high-level thinking skills. This experience gave me the opportunity to speak to a few software engineers who gave me some great insights into a day in the life of an engineer.
